William "Bill" Jennings Conaway III, 67, of Shadyside, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020 in Acuity Healthcare, Bellaire.  He was born in Cleveland on April 13, 1952 a son of the late William J.  and Geraldine "Jerry" (Schnelle) Conaway Jr..  He served his country in the United States Navy; retired after 22 years of service from Rose Pest Control; was an avid Ohio State sports fan and enjoyed fishing.

Bill is survived by his wife, Helen (Bender) Conaway; two sons, William J. (Mariah) Conaway IV of Wheeling and Michael (Ashley) Conaway of FL; a daughter, Tracie (Mike) Anderson of PA; three sisters, Linda (Raymond) Suchy, Carol (Arthur) Jones and Pamela (Douglas) Grandstaff; two brothers, David (Karen) Conaway and Charles (Wendi) Conaway; 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd, Brookside.
