William R."Danny" Lemmon, 61, of Claysville, PA formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Wed., Jan. 11, 2006 at Anderson's Personal Care, Claysville, PA. He was born Jul. 9, 1944 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Forrest and Betty C. (Renforth) Lemmon. He was retired from the Beech Bottom Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel and a Protestant by faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons Mark and Butch Lemmon. Surviving are two daughters Toni Ann and Billie Jo, a sister Willa Jean (David) Linn, two brothers James and Charles Lemmon all of Martins Ferry and several grandchildren. Friends will be received Sun. 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Mon., Jan., 16, 2006 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating. Burial follows in Linwood Cemetery, Blaine, OH.
