William J. (Mr. Bill) Harris, 63 of Bridgeport passed away Monday, April 4, 2022, at East Ohio Regional Hospital. He was born February 17, 1959, in Wheeling, WV. He is the son of the late William John and Emma H. (Minet) Harris.

He was employed as a professional Truck Driver for 45 years. Most recently employed with Highline Warren of Glen Dale.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by granddaughter Emma Rose Vaughn, brothers Johnny, Robert, and Jimmy Rhodes.

Surviving are his loving wife of 47 years Penny (Mattern) Harris, daughter Beth (Late-Nate) Vaughn, Kim (Bobby) Harris, Stacie (Austen) Cordery, grandchildren; Zoe, Haley, Sami, Eli, Ettamae, Ethan, Jolene, brother-in-law Gene (Michelle) Mattern and sister Emma Lee Kurner and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside on Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 12-2 and 4-6 with Funeral services at 2PM with Rev. David Demarest  officiating.

The family ask you to join them to celebrate Bill's life at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 56381 National Road, Bridgeport, Ohio at 6PM.
