WILLIAM C. "Neil" DEVAULT, SR.

William C. "Neil" DeVault, Sr., 81, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away December 29, 2021, at the home of his son and daughter-in-law. He was born November 5,1940, to parents Rollo and Lois (Jobes) DeVault, who preceded him in death.  Also preceding him in death was his daughter, Barbara Ann DeVault; son, Edward Lee DeVault; and sister, Bonnie Vermillion.

Neil is survived by his wife, Patricia A. DeVault; son, Bill (Nanette) DeVault, Jr. of Weirton, West Virginia; grandchildren, Angel (Chad) Williams of Weirton, West Virginia, Chris Miller of Belmont; great-grandchildren, Logan and Tessa Williams; and many nieces & nephews.

For many years, he drove a school bus for Union Local, enjoyed NASCAR racing, and was a great political debater (which he genuinely enjoyed doing).

Visitation will take place at Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, on Saturday, January 8, 2022, from Noon until 2:00 pm, with services immediately following. Interment will take place at Union Cemetery, Morristown.
