William R. Nelson, 73, of Bethesda, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Cumberland Pointe Care Center. He was born June 19, 1938, son of the late Leon Clifford Nelson and Margaret Eugen Denson Nelson. William resided in Georgia prior to relocating to the area. He was a handyman by trade and attended East Richland Friends Church. William proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Joyce E. (Bean) Nelson.
