William Ronald Rupp, 86 of Martins Ferry passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Cumberland Pointe Nursing Care.  He was born July 16, 1938, in Martins Ferry, the son of the late William E. and Dorothy Jane (Neuhardt) Rupp.

William was retired from Cardinal Health, was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Martins Ferry and was a proud veteran of the Unites States Marine Corp Reserves.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen (Prochaska) Rupp

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Pamela (Brian) Turley of Bethesda, Renee (Kelsie) Young, Brenda Campbell, both of Martins Ferry and April Rupp of Texas, 7 grandchildren, 2 great- grandchildren, sister, Sue (Marty) Phillips and brother, Richard Rupp, girlfriend, Jackie Cropp of Virginia.

Family and friends will be received Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry from 9am till time of service at 11am, with Rev. James Hoff officiating.  Full Military Service will be held at the funeral home at 10:45am, by the Belmont County Veterans Association and burial to follow at Parkview Memorial Gardens, 1922 Warden Run rd., Wheeling, WV 26003.
