Wilma Ann Steffl, 95, of Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday March 10, 2016 at Adena Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 21, 1921 in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Vorva. She was a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church Dillonvale, she was a member of the Holy Rosary Society of the Church, and the PNA Lodge. Wilma loved the 3 B's Bowling, Baking, and Bingo. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Walter Steffl in 2000, and a grandson Joseph Steffl, four brothers William, Frank, Joseph, and her twin brother Walter Vorva, two sisters Anna Vorva, and Bertha Morehead, also a daughter-in-law Shirley Steffl. Wilma is survived by a daughter Christine (Darrell) Benedetti of Ashland, Ohio, three sons Richard Steffl of Adena, John (Linda) Steffl, and Terry (Mary Ann) Steffl both of Mt. Pleasant, eleven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren. Friends will be received at St. Adalbert Catholic Church Dillonvale 39 Smithfield St. Dillonvale on Monday March 14, 2016 from 10 am till 11 am with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated immediately following, with Msgr. John Kolesar as Celebrant, interment in Highland Cemetery Mt. Pleasant, Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. assisting the family.
