Zelda Marilyn Zink, 90, formerly of Brookside, was welcomed into heaven August 22, 2016. She was born April 4, 1926 in Wheeling to Vincent and Geneva Welling Gorsuch. She is preceded in death by her husband Albert Zink, son Dale, and son-in-law David Lude. She is survived by her daughter, Gail Lude; grandchildren Josh (Andrea) Lude, Laura (Aaron) Graham & Joy Lude; great grandchildren Daniel and David Lude and Valorie, Nathan & baby Graham. She graduated Bridgeport High School in 1944. She was a former employee of Birchey's Furniture and the IRS in Wheeling, Montgomery Ward in Wheeling and Bridgeport and a member of East Richland Friends Church of St. Clairsville. She was an independent, strong, hard-working and feisty woman. She was always up for a road trip, eager to see and experience new places. She was a lifelong reader, especially interested in mysteries. Her greatest adventure was a trip to Israel in the fall of 1997. Most of all she is a phenomenal mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister in Christ. She is truly a servant of love and very giving to her family and others in need. We love you and will see you again! Jesus is Lord! A special thank you to all the caregivers at Forest Hill Care Center in St. Clairsville for their love and friendship. Arrangements have been made through Wilson's Funeral Home in Brookside. There will be no service.
