Bonnie Lou (Drake) Wolfe

Bonnie L. (Drake) Wolfe, 68, of Rayland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025, with her loving husband by her side after a long illness.

Bonnie was born to the late Dortha and Ralph Drake. She was also preceded in death by her brother Larry Drake, her beloved granddaughter Haley Wolfe, and her loyal dog Buddy.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Dennis Wolfe, and their children: Rebecca Wolfe (Scott Arnold) of Belle Vernon, PA; Denise Peterkin of Las Vegas, NV; Michael Wolfe (Tanya Mays) of Dillonvale, OH; and Amber Wolfe of Cadiz, OH.

Bonnie was a proud and loving grandmother to Jessica (Cole) Naylor of St. Clairsville, OH; Hannah Reynolds of Pittsburgh, PA; Bree Ferguson and Lynda Ferguson of Dillonvale, OH; Troy Peterkin of Wheeling, WV; and Jayden Peterkin and Mariah Peterkin of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by her cherished cat, Midnight, who was never far from her side.

She leaves behind her sisters, Patricia Yeager of Toronto, OH, and Pamela (David) Corona of Bloomingdale, OH, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews whom she loved dearly.

Bonnie was truly the backbone of her family—a strong, selfless woman who loved her family more than life itself. She put the needs of others before her own and was always willing to help anyone in need. Her love for animals was endless; she cherished her pets as deeply as her children. Bonnie found peace in the outdoors and in her home, which was her sanctuary and a place where everyone felt welcome.

She will be remembered for her strength, her generosity, her unwavering love, and the countless lives she touched. Bonnie’s legacy lives on through the family she held together with her heart.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 2 till time of Service at 4pm, with Rev. James Hoff officiating, at Wilson Funeral Home – Dillonvale Chapel, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, OH 43917.
