Carol Sue (Diehl) Baker, 71, of Belmont passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, at WVU Medicine-Wheeling Hospital, surrounded by her loving son and daughter-in-law. She was born on November 15, 1954, the daughter of the late, Leslie and Betty (Wallace) Diehl.
