Cathy Sue (Fox) Greer

Together Again, 

Cathy Sue (Fox) Greer, 72 formerly of Martins Ferry, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025, at her daughter’s house.  She was born on January 30, 1953, in St. Clairsville.  She was the daughter of the late Madison and Genevia (Reline) Fox. 

Cathy retired from the Bob Evans Restaurant in St. Clairsville.  Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved her.  May she rest in eternal peace.  Cathy touched the lives of all who knew her with kindness, warmth, and unwavering support. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terrance “Terry” L. Greer. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Steve Macy, Tina and Daniel Pearson, Jennifer James, grandchildren, Joseph Ray, Devan Machado, Tyler and Jadon Macy, Cameron Bell, great-grandchildren, Brax Macy, Devin Swenney, Dylan Machado, Laiyla Espisito and best friend and fur baby, Neka complete her family. 

In keeping with Cathy’s wishes there will be no visitation, and all services will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH 43912.
