Charles Otis Thomas Sr., 64, of Tiltonsville, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born on October 31, 1956 in Bellaire a son of the late Ed and Virginia (Wolfe) Thomas. Chuck enjoyed long car rides and spending time with his children and grandchildren, whom he loved.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sandra “Sandy” (Richard) Thomas; daughter, Nicole (Jeremy) Anspach; son, Charles “CJ” Thomas Jr.; 3 brothers, James “Butch” (Linda) Thomas, William (Sherry) Thomas and Richard (Karen) Thomas; a sister, Emma “Tammy” Rice; 4 grandchildren, Liam Thomas, Jeremy, Brayden and Gabryella Anspach and many nieces and nephews.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert “Bob” Thomas.

In keeping with Chuck’s wishes there will be no services.

Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.
