Darrin D. Thompson, a devoted husband, father, and Pappy, was called home to the Lord on March 19, 2025, at the age of 58. Darrin was born in Bridgeport, Ohio on April 6, 1966.
He was preceded in death by William Thompson (father), Carol (Idahl) Thompson (mother), and Kirk Thompson (brother).
Darrin was married to Joell Kopyer-Thompson for 29 years; had a daughter, Lacey Ronevich; and a son, Darien Thompson.
He worked at W.A. Wilson Inc-Glass where he was a member of the Painters and Allied Trades Union. He belonged to the Lansing Sportsman’s Club in Bridgeport, where he enjoyed fishing; 4-wheeling; and spending time with his family and friends. Darrin enjoyed to D-J for numerous events. His whole life revolved around his two granddaughters: Gionna Grace and Nadia Skye.
Upon Darrin’s wishes there will be no funeral services. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.
