De'Sean "Seannie" King Dawson

De’Sean “Seannie” King Dawson, 8 years old passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born on June 10, 2017, in Columbus, OH.

He was perfect and a beautiful soul and only felt love, warmth, and safety.  He brought joy and laughter to all who knew and met him.  He was a 3rd grade student at Anna Marie Ayers Elementary School in Martins Ferry, School of Hope, The Easter Seals, and a member of the Experience Church of St. Clairsville. 

He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Derrion Dawson. 

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Deizune Hunter of Martins Ferry, maternal grandparents, Joseph and Monica Wells, great-grandmother, Marcia Allen, maternal aunts, Deiseanna Hunter and Ericka Thomas, maternal uncles, Erick and Ea'ron Thomas, maternal great-uncle James Hunter, home nurse, Sherri Rice and special aunt Amanda Buk. 

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10 am till time of service at 12 noon, at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martinis Ferry, Oh, 43935.
