Dean Allen Benedetta, 63 of Bethesda, formerly of Bellaire passed Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at his residence. He was born on May 25, 1960, the son of the late Tony and Betty Kathryn (Goudy) Benedetta.
Dean was retired from The Kroger Company, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp, a graduate of St. John Central Catholic High School, class of 79, and loved going to football games.
He was a man of many talents and interest; however, his greatest joy was his only daughter Taylor and his family.
Left to cherish his memory and carry on his legacy are his only daughter, Taylor Benedetta, his siblings, Teresa, Sandy, Pam, Anthony and Louie, several nieces and nephews complete his family.
In keeping with his wishes there will be no public visitation, private burial will take place later at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Bellaire.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Fisher House Foundation Inc., 12300 Twinbrook Pkwy., Suite 410, Rockville, MD 20852, an organization dedicated to helping families of veterans.
