Denise Lynn (Huffman) Gerevics

Denise Lynn Gerevics, 74, of Bridgeport, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born on January 16, 1951, in Wheeling a daughter of the late James and Rosemary (Turek) Huffman. She enjoyed horseback riding, spending time at the ocean and gardening.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Steven C. Gerevics; her three children, Steven (Heather) Gerevics, Stacy (Jeffery) Battles and Matthew (Fraya) Gerevics; two sisters, Patty Kinnison and Kathy (John) Whitacre; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Denise was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Judy Huffman.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.
