Frederick Myers Obituary

  Frederick R. Myers 85, of Bridgeport passed away Wednesday April 7, 2021 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. He was born August 14, 1935 in Wheeling, a son of the late Robert M. and Mary (Kubeck) Myers.
  He was a retired employee of the former Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Co and attended Lansing Methodist Church, also he belonged to SOAR.
   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Sarah Skinner, Kathy Workman, and Robert and John Myers.
  Fred is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Lois Jean (Frazier) Myers, four daughters Pamela J. Greco of Bridgeport, Debra (Jeffrey) Wick of Martins Ferry, Susan (Ron) Phillips of Bridgeport, and Mary K. (David) McConnaughy of Bridgeport, siblings Charles (Ruth Ann) Myers of McMechan, and Rose (Joe) Covey of Seattle, WA, also many grandchildren great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren also several nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Bobby Kubeck.
  Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Sunday April 11, 2021 from 12 noon till 5 pm, where services will be held on Monday at 11 am with Rev. John Jackson and Ray Cooper officiating, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
