Gretchen M. Gavarkavich, 41 of Bellaire passed away Thursday September 17, 2020 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital Morgantown. She was born March 7, 1979 in Wheeling, a Daughter of the late John A. Gavarkavich.'
Gretchen is survived by her mother and Stepfather Michael and Becky (Kinnison) DeBlasis of Bellaire, her fiancee' Anthony Craft of Virginia, her brother John E. Gavarkavich of Martins Ferry, her uncles Roy Kinnison of Piedmont, and Ed Gavarkavich of Martins Ferry, also several cousins.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her uncles Doug, Jim, and Mole Kinnison, and her paternal grandparents Ed and Dee Gavarkavich.
She was an employee of Sports Clips in St Clairsville, and a Methodist by faith. Gretchen was a Dallas Cowboy Fan and loved gardening.
Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Tuesday September 22, 2020 from 4-8 pm, services will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesday, with Pastor Ian Thornton officiating, interment in Riverview Cemetery Martins Ferry at a later date.
