Obituary
James A. Wesley, 74, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away at his home on May 16, 2023. He was born on October 8, 1948 to the late Leroy and Lila (Lenden) Wesley.
James gained a Purple Heart for serving our country in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and classic rock music. He deeply loved his wife, brother Bob, friends and his cocker spaniel, Blondie.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evelyn (Moore) Wesley and his favorite parrot, Pockets.
He was survived by his brothers, Robert E. Wesley of Barnesville and William Wesley of Maynard.
Friends are encouraged to visit Monday, May 22 from 11am until time of service at 1pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, Barnesville Chapel, 702 E. Main St., Barnesville, Ohio 43713. Burial to follow to Holly Memorial Gardens.
