James Edward Wright

James Edward Wright, 79 of Bridgeport passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, WV.  He was born April 18, 1946, in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Leana Carmichael. 

Jim was Catholic by faith and retired as custodial management with rental proprieties. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and a former member of the Elm Grove Eagles. 

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Diana Ellsworth and Rose Stachyra, Linda Mascolino, Terri Toner and Patty Workman as well as several nieces and nephews. 

In keeping with his wishes there will be no public visitation, and all services will be held at the convenience of the family.
