Jerri Sue (Smith) Trussell

Jerri Sue Trussell 53, Warwood passed away Sunday May 4, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born July 30, 1971, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of Gerald Smith of Sio, and Sue (Linabarger) Smith of Martins Ferry.

Jerri was a housewife and loved NASCAR Racing, and the New Orleans Saints.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband George “Abe” Trussell Jr.

In addition to her Mother and Father she is survived by her  Step-mother Penny (Williams) Smith, her Sister Jodi (Perry) McMasters of Dillonvale, step-children Jessica Trussell and Anthony “Tony” Trussell both of Cumberland, VA, and Laura and Joshua, also seven step-grandchildren, step Brothers Bob (Katrina) Renforth and Mark (Sandra ) Renforth both of AL, and Scott (Christy) Renforth of Toronto, a nephew Joshua McMasters of Dillonvale and a niece Jenna (Vic) Ziklow of Rayland also several more nieces and nephews also a dear friend Kala Barbe of Warwood.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut Street Martins Ferry on Friday May 9, 2025, from 3 till time of service at 5 pm with Rev. James Hoff officiating, private interment will be held at the convience of the family.
