Jesse Dean Pasco, 76 of Rayland, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 3, 2021. He was born on January 28, 1945, in Hopewell, son of the late Albert and Luella (Meredith) Pasco. He was a Christian by faith, an active member of the Riverview Bible Church and served on the Board of Trustees at Salt Run Bible Camp. He loved God, his family, helping his church, baseball and trips to Amish country.
Jesse was a former employee of Harmony Industries, Aladdin Environmental Services, and retiree of Buckeye Local Schools.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle B. (Anderson) Pasco; four brothers, Lorin, Roy, Jay, and Gail; two sisters, Isla Armbruster and Ruth Pohlenz.
He is survived by his sister, Vera (Carl) Gilbert; two sons Timothy and Andrew (Leslie); two grandsons, Tyler (Sammi) and Devin; a great grandson Benji and many nieces, and nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service for the immediate family will be held at Hicksite Cemetery Emerson with Rev. James Hoff and Rev. James Monogouigus co-officiating. There will be no visitation, but the family and friends are asked to attend a celebration of Jesse’s life to be announced through the Times Leader newspaper at a later date.
