Julianna Frank

Julianna “Lou Lou” Frank, 82, of St. Clairsville, formerly of Dillonvale, passed away March 2, 2019, a Cumberland Point Nursing Home.  She was born December 10, 1936, in Dillonvale, OH, a daughter of the late Leon and Julia (Lisveski) Kensicki.  She was a member of St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church where she was in the Rosary Society.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger W. Frank; an infant sister, Delores Kensicki; brothers, Frank Kensicki, and Anthony Kensicki.  She is survived by her sons, Timothy (Melinda) Frank of Dillonvale, Sebastian “Zeb” Frank of Columbus, John (Chrissy) Frank of Rayland; daughters, Barbara Frank of Dillonvale, Susan (William) Burris of St. Clairsville; Step-children, Cindy Lee of Magnolia, and Jeff Frank, of New York; brothers, Leon Kensicki of Vermillion, OH, Paul (Sharon) Kensicki of South Carolina, John (June) Kensicki, James Kensicki, Florian “Butch” Kensicki all of Dillonvale; sisters, Barbara Palace of Cleveland, Debra Kensicki of Dillonvale; grandchildren, Shawn, April, T.J., Jessica, Shanendoah, Zechariah, Elizabeth, Johnny; and eight great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received Thursday, March 7th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale, OH 43917.  Vigil services will be conducted at 7:30pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, March 8th at St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church in Dillonvale, at 10am with Msgr.
