Larry George Czapp

Larry George Czapp, 78 of Martins Ferry passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, at WVU Medicine – Wheeling Hospital.  He was born on December 8, 1946, in Martins Ferry, the son of the late George and Stella Agnes (Tokuazeski) Czapp. 

Larry retired from the former Big Bear Plus.  He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Martins Ferry and was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steeler fan.  He was a loving brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Surviving are his siblings, George Czapp, Betty Kinnan, Patty (Eric) Wallace, Mary M. Czapp, and Carol A. (Mike) Giannangeli as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends will be received Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 2-6pm at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935.  Funeral Services will be Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 11am at the funeral home with Fr. Tom Marut officiating.  Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
