Larry E. “Skivy” Skivolocke, 64 of St. Clairsville, OH, formerly of Alliance, died suddenly of an apparent heart attack, on Monday, May 10, 2021 at his home. He was born on October 3, 1956 in Alliance, to Louis E. and Erma J. (Viola) Skivolocke. Larry graduated from St. Joseph Catholic School and went on to Alliance High School where he received his training as an auto body technician. Larry owned and operated Skivy’s Body Shop in Alliance for many years and more recently was the owner of Ohio Valley Dent Repair, which gave him the nickname, “Larry the Dent Guy”.
In his spare time Larry enjoyed long-range shooting. He also enjoyed his dog, “Maddie”, and his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. But especially loved time with his wife, Pam and his sons, Louie and Luke.
Survivors include his wife Pam Skivolocke of St. Clairsville; two sons, Louie (Celena) Skivolocke of Strabane, PA and Luke Skivolocke of Alliance, OH; a granddaughter, Lexis Wise, of Minerva, OH; a sister, Lorna J. (Victor Venkatasubramani) Mills of Irvine, CA; and a brother, Danny Skivolocke of Alliance, OH.
Preceding him in death were his parents; daughter, Leah Skivolocke; maternal grandparents, Pasquale (Angelina Depersico) Viola and paternal grandparents, Louis T. (Mary Valentine) Skivolocke.
