Margaret Lucy (Rowley) Baker, 96, of St. Clairsville, formerly of Bellaire, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025, in Belmont Manor. She was born on March 11, 1929, in Wheeling, a daughter of the late James and Anna (Hisenberg) Rowley. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Catholic Women’s Club, retired from JCPenney's, and enjoyed cooking and baking.
Margaret is survived by her children, Thomas (Vickie) Baker Jr, Rebecca (Richard) Brown, John (Deborah) Baker, and James (Tammy) Baker; eleven grandchildren, Erin, Craig, Morgan, Mackenzie, Mallory, Jacque, Luke, Brooke, Jill, Ryan, and Janelle; and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Thomas R. Baker Sr; a brother, James Rowley; and a sister, Bobbee Beatty.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 68210 Neola Ave, Bridgeport, Wednesday at 10 am with Father John Mucha officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire.
