Patricia Ann (Thalman) Bellville, 87 of Wheeling, formerly of Colerain passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling. She was born October 15, 1936, in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of the late Howard and Sarah (Smith) Thalman.
Patricia was a retired Supervisor with the former Bobby Brooks Company in Bellaire and was a Medical Assistant with the Family Planning of Belmont County and worked as a receptionist at Howard Long Wellness Center. She was a former member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church of Colerain, a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Wheeling and a former volunteer at Liza’s Place for 8 years.
Pat was a loving, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated the same level of love and care to her family and the people she met and worked with.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John R. Bellville, Sr., son, John R. Bellville, Jr., sisters, Mary Ellen Regalsky, Joan Stokes and Sarah Marie Thorne, and brother, William Thalman.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Chuck (Kristy) Bellville, Michael (Gail) Bellville, Debbie (Mike) Kaiser and Linda (Steve) Bellville-Charron, grandchildren, Scott (Josie Cox) Kaiser, Michelle (Chris) Vance, Haily Brogden, Jacob (Haley) Bellville and 6 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, with a Wake Service at 7:30pm at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 11am at St. Mary Catholic Church 20 N. 4th St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935 with Fr. Thomas Marut officiating. Burial to follow at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
