Randolph Lee Wolfe, 72, of Barnesville, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022, at Barnesville Hospital. He was born, December 14, 1949, in Bellaire the son of the late Charles J. and JoAnn (Reister) Wolfe.
He was retired from the United States Air Force, Electrician with the Coal Mine, and a State Employee of Ohio. Randolph was very active, being a member of the Assumption of St. Mary Catholic Church in Barnesville, Knights of Columbus, Council #5250, D.A.V. of Belmont County, Chapter #121, Ohio Chapter #52, Elks Lodge of Barnesville #1699, Lifetime member of the American Veterans Association, VFW of Barnesville #2729, Kiwanis Club of Barnesville, Buckeye State Sheriff Association of Belmont County member, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles #386.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his siblings, Emma, Clara, and James.
Randy is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Rosemarie (Fitzek) Wolfe, children, Randy Wolfe Jr., of Bergholz, Scott A. Wolfe of Barnesville and Stacy M. Biggs of Evansville, IN., brothers, Charles (fiancé Patti) Wolfe Jr. of Warwood, and Gray E. (Sandy) Wolfe of NC, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren complete the family.
Family will receive friends on Friday, May 6, 2022, from 2-6 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 702 E. Main Street, Barnesville, OH 43713. Vigil Service will be at 6 pm in the funeral home on Friday. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 10 am at the Assumption of St. Mary Catholic Church, 306 W. Main St., Barnesville, with Father David Cornett officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
