Ronald Neal Milner, 75, of Rayland, Ohio passed away March 24, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born
May 11, 1945 to the late Robert Neal and Helen (Love) Milner of Waterford, OH.
Ronald was a US Army Veteran, serving his country in Vietnam. His career was spent as a Heavy
Equipment Operator in the Ohio Operating Engineers Local 18 until his retirement in 2007. He was an over
50 year member of the Masonic Lodge and was a Past Master. He was a member of Pine Valley
Sportsman Club, Mingo Sportsman Club, Waterford Grange, Waterford Modern Woodmen, Beverly
American Legion Post 389, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Farm Bureau and Meadowbrook Church of God. He
was a lifelong farmer and was active in 4-H helping his daughters show livestock at the Washington
County Fair. He was a social butterfly, loved playing cards with his family and friends and his favorite
hobby in retirement was tractor pulling with his son.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 26 years, Robin Ellis Milner, three children: Tammi (Craig) Weigand of
Findlay, OH, Scott Milner of Waterford, OH and Lori (Andy) Pointer of Marietta, OH. one granddaughter:
Lydia Weigand of Findlay, OH. One sister: Janet Kidd of Lower Salem, OH Two brothers-in-law: Tom (Kelly)
Ellis of Conway, SC and Charley (Shelly) Ellis of Rayland, OH. One mother-in-law: Patricia Ellis of Rayland,
OH and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law, Andrew Ellis and brother-in- law, William Kidd.
A private ceremony will be held at Wilson Funeral Home in Tiltonsville, OH on Saturday March 27, 2021
with a burial service immediately following.
