Rose Marie (Zbrzezny) Kubic

TOGETHER AGAIN;  

Rose M. Kubic 89 of Blaine passed away Wednesday December 22, 2021, at her home. She was born June 30, 1932, in Neffs, a daughter of the late John and Rosalia (Jankowski) Zbrzezny.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Albert Kubic in 2011, a sister Helen Otto, and brothers Frank, and Andy.

Rose is survived by her five daughters Donna Nesbitt, Joyce (David) Jingle, Carol (Dan) Truax, Kathy (John) Criasia, and Theresa (Joe) Ostrowski, 10 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

Rose was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, and the Catholic Woman’s Club of the Parish.

Rose was a local crafter for many years, being generous with her creations, not only with her family, but also with the children of the Bridgeport Friendship Council and Nursing Homes. She was also a poll worker for over 25 years. She worked to preserve family history through her Genealogical Research.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Sunday December 26, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, with Fr. John Mucha as Celebrant, interment will be in St. Anthony Cemetery Blaine. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Rose’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital Memorial Gifts, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
