Rose Chere Duerr

Rose Chere Duerr, 76 of Follansbee, WV formerly of Wheeling passed away peacefully on October 7, 2023, at the Brightwood Center.  She was born May 23, 1947, the daughter late Catherine Duerr Gonzalez.

She was a retired Dog Groomer and had her own business in Brooklyn, NY until 2002.She was Episcopalian by faith. 

Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Dahlia (Mark) Stanton of Bridgeport, brother Doymar (Heidi) Gonzalez of Reynoldsburg, OH and many nieces and nephews. 

In keeping with Rose’s wishes all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.  Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport is assisting the family.
