ROY W. GOFF
Roy W. Goff, 85, of Bethesda, Ohio, passed away at his home, September 16, 2019, with loving family by his side. He was born in Elizabeth, West Virginia, November 22, 1933, to the late William and Edna Ruble Goff.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death in 2006 by his loving wife, Hope Goff and brothers, Darrell, Wayne, Gary, and Charlie Goff.
Roy’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who survive; daughter, Debbie (Denver) Criss of Bethesda; grandchildren, Denny and Daniel Criss, Nathan Schupp; great-grandchildren, Logan and Zoey Criss; sisters, Shirley (Jack) Nay of Davisville West Virginia, Neva (Chuck) Quick and Judy (Junior) Scott all of Elizabeth, West Virginia, June (Jim) Greenwalt of Walker, West Virginia; and brothers, Vic (Sondy) Goff of Belmont, Glenn (Barb) Goff and Roger Goff all of Elizabeth, West Virginia.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Roy led by his example, leaving a wonderful legacy. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He enjoyed gardening and especially tomatoes, watching them grow from seedlings into beautiful plants.
Honoring Roy’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private Graveside Service will take place at the convenience of his family.
Roy’s family has entrusted his care with Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory, Bethesda, Ohio.
