Shirley Jean (Ehigh) Duch

Shirley Jean (Ehigh) Duch, 89 of Bellaire passed away Friday, June 20, 2025, at Rolling Hills Nursing Home.  She was born February 25, 1936, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late William and Angela (Rutar) Ehigh. 

She was a retired press operator from Wheeling Closure Company.  She loved spending time with the love of her life, her husband James Duch, until his passing in 2013.  Shirley enjoyed gardening, especially flowers and had a fondness for owls. 

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Donald Ehigh. 

Shirley is survived by nephew, Thomas Mullen of Bridgeport, her sister Helen Mullen, and several nieces and nephews. 

Friends will be received Friday, June 27, 2025, from 11 till time of service at 1pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, Ohio 43912, with Rev. James Hoff officiating the funeral service.  Burial to follow in Linwood Cemetery Blaine.
