Shirley J. Lewis 83 of Dillonvale, died Thursday April 23, 2015 at Trinity West Hospital Steubenville. She was born January 7, 1932 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late John and Minnie (Jack) Snider. She was a retired school bus driver for the Jefferson County School of Bright Promise, and a Methodist by faith, Shirley liked reading, playing games with her family, but most of all she loved and enjoyed just spending time will all her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald D. Lewis in 1991, a son DonLee Lewis in 2010, and a daughter Linda Lewis in 1959, a brother Sonny Snider, and a sister Claire Shipley. Shirley is survived by a son Butch (Dawnette) Lewis, two daughters Karin Lewis and Donna (Jerry) Nidle all of Dillonvale, two brothers Jack (Bonnie) Snider of Maynard, and Terry (Bonnie) Snider of Georgetown, a sister Mary Kay (Bob) Kelley of Dillonvale, eight grandchildren Ty (Shep), J.D. (Bree), Laura (Glenn), Donte, Chelsea, Ashley, Amy, and Shelly, eleven great grandchildren Taylor, Jack, Grayson, Charlie, Casey, Corey, Cameron, Damian, Logan, Jaxson, and Holden. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. Dillonvale on Sunday April 26, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held on Monday at 11 am with Rev.
