Stella Blanche (Matusik) Perhay

Stella Blanche (Matusik) Perhay, 91 of Westerville, Ohio formerly of Blaine passed away June 8, 2022, at her daughter’s house with her loving family by her side. She was born September 13, 1930, in Blaine, Ohio the daughter of the late Andrew and Katherine (Mikolajczyk) Matusik.

Stella was a retired care giver and chef. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wolfhurst, CWC, Eucharist Minister and took communion to the shut-ins of the church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul J. Perhay, five brothers; Frank, John, Edward, Albert, and Joseph Matusik, two sisters; Helen Lucci and Violet Lafferty.

Surviving are her two daughters; Paulette (John) Uhrick of Westerville and Renee T. (Mike)Tomlinson of Blaine, grandchildren; Dawn Uhrick, Misty (Shon) Buckley, Trisha (Joseph) Thomas, Sherri (Joshua) Dudley, Dez Farnario (Bill Wallace), Johnathan Farnario (Brooke), great-grandchildren; Austin and Zachary Thomas, Asher and Lydia Dudley, and Miles and Jade Buckley.

Friends may call Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 9 to 12 noon, with Remembrance Service starting at 10:30, at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. Graveside service to follow at Holly Memorial Garden, Pleasant Grove with Fr. John Mucha officiating.
