William D. Embrey

William “Bill” D. Embrey, Jr., 62, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away April 5th, 2021 at Acuity Specialty Hospital in Wheeling with his family by his side.

He was born August 10th, 1958, in Bellville, IL, a son of the late William D. and Margaret (Veath) Embrey Sr. 

Bill was a truck driver for Baylor Trucking and was a Catholic by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Embrey, and son, Eric Embrey.

Bill is survived by his wife, Marcia Embrey; daughters, Jaime (Walter) Burkett of Mendenhall, MS, Sigourney (Eddie) Kokosinski, of Wellsburg, WV; siblings, Keith (Shannon) Embrey of Chicago, IL, Paula Kennealy of Fairview Heights, IL, Jeanette Poole of Staunton, IL, Julie (Troy) Summerfield of Jonesborough, AR; granddaughters, Hailey, and Elizabeth Kelly. 

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel.
